    effective au bro....maka add ug power..hehhee..pump au ang muscles.....afte work out porma ghapn....dali xa.. but mas dali f whey protein gamitn...but akoa kay lingaw2x ra man ni mao na amino 2222 lang...effective xa....

    akua kay amino 2222 lang. 3-4 caps before 2 after 15 mins. 2 after 15 mins. agen. and 3-4 caps post workout...wala nakoy whey.mahal tawn kaau na.

    It's because crunches don't reveal our abs . You might not be really strict with your diet if your abs wont show.. Mind giving us a sample of what you eat in a day?

    para nako lang ha, dli man na para gaining jd ang 2222, pero depende pd nah sa imo diet....f imo diet kay heavy, mu gain jd ka,, advice nako para gain kana mga whey, pero depende ra jd nah sa diet nimo..dli au ko suhito pero mao lang nah ako nahibal,an..try asking others.. pero nabantayan nko sa amino 2222 kay mu develop jd imo muscles....but not as fast as whey........depende pd diay sa imo program sa gym....

    kay makuyaw ko bro if mo gain nako kay dako naman ko daan gud. hahaha. ako program bro kay cutting naman so dli jud ni makagain if i take amino na?

    akoa bro.. kay sagol2 man.. pero wala nako nag rice.. mag agad raman gud ko unsa lutoon sa akoa yaya... but usahay maka kaon jud lage ko og oily foods and dili npud ko mo eat og rice...
