hmm.. about high cholesterol = heart disease, maybe what they meant was dli total cholesterol ang sole parameter for predicting cardiovascular risk.. there are 2 main types diba, LDL and HDL, and it doesn't always follow nga high total = high LDL.. high total but high HDL is a possible scenario.. i've read nga the cholesterol ratio is a better predictor of your cardiovascular risk (source:
