for me, Cebu is the Queen of the South. Cguro, Iloilo before.

I remember what my history teacher said. Cebu should/almost be the capital of the Philippines... because it is in the center of our country. Maayo nalang pud kuno ngadto sa manila ang capital ingkasu ug gyera.... adto tanan bomba padung ngadto...

because the capital is in Luzon... most areas near it is civilized.... and look at the far mindanao.... Still undeveloped and poor.
