meaning to say, these gadgets will be used ONLY on motor vehicles designated for OFFICIAL USE. so if your vehicle is for private use, and you attached this kind of device, you will be apprehended by the authorities and will be charge of violating PD96. kani nga balaod was intended sa mga datu nga mag hari-harian sa kalsada mag sirena aron maka lusot dayon sa traffic.
