    abs jd ako... pinaka dali for me e workout ky daot nko daan and since then conscious jd ko sa akong tiyan to a point nga since highschool up to present, n disiplina gyd nko akong self to do at least 100 reps nga sit ups and leg raises inig mata nko maski ga hang over p at any time of the day. bsta gkan long sleep... kana dayon unang buhaton nko inig mata..

    bahalag daot, gamay, niwang, or unsa p n... inig saka nmn sa shirt. ^_^

    I need your help..
    Bakho ko den now ganahan ko ma straight ko, is there anyway para ma staright ko? maka tabang ba na mag gym ko? Please I need ur Advice.
