From what I've understood the "ratings" being tackled here is the evaluation of the president and his administration. If you think of it, evaluation is very important as this is the basis on what particular part of government services that needs improvement. Why don't we start also focusing on good news? Though its not that awful to deliver bad news as this sells more than the good one.

It's all relative. Has the press changed so dramatically since the previous administration? I think not. Maybe Noynoy should improve his game, you can't expect glory when you're playing the invisible man.
