What best shoes for jogging/running(vibram,nike,adidas,newbalance or kswiss)?

brands dont really matter for me, its the design kung para jogging ba jud na siya nga shoes....

I got my New Balance Training Shoes - its not really for overall running but its more of of like variety of exercises (repeated movements to condition specific parts of the body).
Plus they got this sweet sizing where you can choose not only shoe size but also select the width which gives more comfort.

lunarellite guro sa nike comfy sa feet... ang naka apan kay pang running ra dyud, ma injury ka if gamiton nimo sa lain sports like badbinton or basketball..

alangan man intawn oie... mao man jud na sakto basta rubber shoes... kung running shoes, dapat running/ jogging ra jud na... di jud na pwede pang basketball o badminton... i wont be either surprised if imong pang casual rubber shoes gamiton pod nimo sa jogging o basketball ...

back to the topic: of course nike jud... nike free or nike+, payts na... ganahan pod ko new balance...
