Litlyn Vistal is a scammer. she will try to convince you to set up a call center and after getting half of the contract she will be gone. she is based in cebu and now she is doing scam in manila, quezon city etc. her website is litlynvistal.com
she is not extorted by nbi. the NBI is looking for her because she scammed people with 150k downpayment.

The title is wrong, it should not be titled as "NBI TRYING..." it's libelous, therefore illegal.
