the bill speaks about proper gap between children and the ideal number of children per family and that each human being has the right to have a decent and good quality life.. so as far as i know abortion is not included... only pills, condoms, injections, calendar method, iuds etc. etc... but there is one method that even some medical people is against it naka limot ra ko kung unsa tong name contraceptive, nga in a way after na sa intercourse gamiton, which can destroy the implanted zygote..
