Masdako na hinuon ang gasto ani.. maayo pag gida nlng ni sa Sott o, Chong Hua or other private hospital sa cebu (bahalag medyo mahal pero safe ug guarantisado pa).

tsk tsk gamay naman lang gud kaayo ang ilang gi allocate na budget for health..mas gitagaan nila ug importancya nang mga y kwenta nga projects..mao na nga miski understaffed kaayo ang mga public hospitals, wa gihapon sila nag hire ug health care professionals, di pud ka makaingon nga walay mu apply tungod gamay sweldo kai dghan intawn kaayo ga atang ug trabaho..asta ang wa nanginahanglan mutrabaho gani para lang maka experience..mao cguro nang di mubuhat sa order sa doctor..mao nang ang janitor gipatrabaho..kaning kasoha manubag pud gyud ang doctor ani..cya gud unta ang mas nakahibaw..di sila maka rason ug busy, asa naman lang ang ilang triage..

An initial investigation showed Abello started working at the hospital as a security guard but was "promoted" to utility worker.

And just recently, was "promoted" to doctor.

i dont think the physician on duty at the hosp would give instruction to the utility worker unless he has been on training for circumstances needed. and that situation was a necessity due to lack of personnel ?
there hospital personnel even in urban setting whose support personnel has been trained to do such things, even assist operation.
