I guess TS tanan company mo hire man ug fresh graduates.. depende rana sa credential ug capabillity sa imo kaila.. if he/she fits for the job then why not dili dawaton nila it would be a big loss to them.

Best Training Ground gyud ang NEC or NCR and competitive sad ang salary. Better let him/her focus on experiencing the IT industry first para mka demand na xa og higher pay in the future.
