Look at your CPU/video card/northbridge chip temperatures. Run stuff like 3dmark06 or 3dmark vantage for like a few hours. This is probably a temperature issue.

Could also be:

- BIOS related (update your BIOS or have it reset)
- as what the others said, probably video card-related; try another video card
- could be a troubled motherboard or RAM; try running memtest86+ (use the bootable CD/usb flash drive version)
- what PSU's have you tried? maybe your PSU's are lacking juice. make sure the +12V rails aren't going below 11.4v or something.

Also, rule out the basics first: software

- Have you scanned your PC for malware?
- Have you tried other 3D applications, or other 3D games?
- Have you updated your video card/motherboard chipset/sound device drivers? Windows 7 critical updates?
- If at all possible, have you tried doing a clean install of Windows 7?

try 258.96 drivers, dont forget to fully uninstall old/previous drivers before install new drivers.

also, monitor your vga temps during load. use 2nd tab of gpu-z for monitoring...

bro tasho halos nahurot naman tanang drivers nko bro bisag mga hotfix nagamit na but still mo black screen while in game.
