    As a rule I've gained from experience, first study usa pila ang starting pay THAT company offers. Don't make estimates from what you're currently earning. Kai mo ingon ka 6yrs ka nya 15k, aw, gamay pud ila hatag nimo. In effect, "SA MA ILAD RA". The point here is IKAW maka ilad and not them.

    So if 6yrs imo experience declare 25k imo curernt sweldo (in relation to their average salary starting rate) even though 13k na imo actual sweldo they will probably top it close to 30k.

    Here's a also a not so known secret. You can declare any price sa imo sweldo and NO COMPANY will ever find out if it's BS because your current HR will NEVER disclose information about your salary or your performance. They serve only to confirm or deny your existence in that company. Your declared salary MAY or MAY NOT be true.

    Dude kng mangilad ka kay tabla ra man sad mo gililad imng kaugalingon.. kng presyohan nmo imng self daku, mag expect jd na ang company na maayu ka.. tsk2x kapila na nahitabu sa current company nako.. mga Maayu kunuhay within 2 days resign kay wla ka kaya sa load sa trabaho...

    bai. basaha balik. 6years ug experience relative sa company (ANY COMPANY). Adjust your demands on their level. if 1 yr ka pa ingon2x 6yrs kana moi klaro binuang. wa man ko naguol maningil ug 40-50 kai kabalo man ko naa koi ikabuga. any person who knows his worth will demand more.

    There's a big difference anang experienced nga mangayo ug dako ug kanang tao nga TUGA-TUGA.

    Your example all the more proves why dapat mangayo ta ug dako. Wala to sila nasayop. Total kita man lisud lisuron sa amo. Puslan naman lisud lisuron ta mangayo ta ug dako! Don't let it be to the point where you will say "you're not paying me enough for this sh*t"

    kita man gud mga pinoy..naa man gud sa tong culture ang "ka-ikog" gud.. we tend, to let our good attitude overlook our skill..

    ok ra bya ni..but kung sa ing-ani na nga area.. we have to "sell" our self...! companies are looking for VERY competent employees bya..

    ang mga panugtana karon sa interview kay di na "what can u offer to the company.."

    they will ask na.. "what is ur edge over all the other applicants.."

    of course, u have to declare something well within ur worth.. pwede pun-an ug mga usa o duha ka libo.. pero naa japon sa gitawag na"skill salary bracket"

    di bya pud na tanan taw ma-regular dretso.. mag-agi pa bya ug training..nya kung taas kaau imo starting na gipangayo.. nya di katupong ang imo trabaho.. aw ! wa na yabo!

    pero , kung mao-declare lang ka igo-igo..like lets say 17-20k.. o mahibong sila..nganong ana ra na rate..

    pero, tagaan pud nimo silag tag 30 mil na trabaho.! aw! siguro na imo job! there is a big chance na they will look another postion for u in another department.. mao na anha na ka bira presyo..

    what i learned lang pud noh..

    career achievement does not happen overnight!

    it goes through a career path.. it better to consider the stability of the company..anyway a good company will have good benefits pud bya...

    Ana ana gyud christa. When i started with my previous company i asked for 15k for a 20k job. Prior to that job i started adding a conservative increase to my past salary. One interview who heard this answer smirked at my request saying "so for 2,000 pesos you quit your last job?"

    I idealistically thought if barato ako pangayo I have a bigger chance of getting hired. True! But at the expense of your dignity. Although I turned down their job offer for the company I work now I can't help remembering the look on that person's face nga murag "Barat" ko pagka professional.

    With my current company, however, on top of the conservative price I asked for I was given a job level lower than that of others who have been to reputable companies. Initially, I thought imo past work history serves as basis for your job in the current company. SO if you worked for big companies like maybe Lexmark or NEC then definitely dako na hatag imo current company because they know you are one individual who cannot be trifled with.

    Further analyzing of hires and colleagues narrowed it down simply to basic pay. Your job grade is relative to your salary (experienced employees need not comment on this. this is for the new kids on the block). So if 50,000 imo sweldo sa imo last company maskin wa-il pa na, the current company has no choice but to either top it up or not consider your application.

    Now I know better. Contradictory to what I said earlier. Instead of demanding more just declare your past salary as at par the position your applying.

    So in my case if 20k diay to dapat ako sweldo I will not say I'm asking for 20k but rather say that my last job paid 20k. So there you see? Dili mana ilad, gibaliktad ra nimo ang words. hahaah... It may help to give it an allowance of 1k-2k below that.

    ako rate karon kay 15k plus gasto-an ko sa company para sa mga certifications sa cisco ug microsoft as xdeal.

    Hala tambagi ko ninyo kung unsa pa may mas maayo buhaton aron mulambo akong kalibutan sa IT.

    kung naa nagplano diha ug open ug call center pwede pud consultant lang ko or sideline lang.
