Good to know na makuha pa diay ang equity..... naka-full payment nmn gud q equity pero wala pa na-approve ang housing loan sa pag-ibig.

i reklamo na bro sa naay government agency ana nag handle. i forgot the name. naa ila ofis sa may crown regency sa jones. kung sa labor pa na NLRC. hehe. ako freind nag reklamo didto gipatawag ang both parties mao na dayon to giuli na sa iya tanan iyang nabayad.

it was not disapproved..we didnt even reached that point since the developer was not able to finish the house on their promised date...it still under construction until now..i cancelled it with them na...their first promise was last august 2010...then made another promises (3 dates); their final assesment daw is that it will be done... around june 2011..imagine...

Bro, it is not a Pag-ibig Loan Failure. I guess you should change your title. I myself is misled. You cancelled because they don't deliver it on time.
