wa jud ko problema anang pasipsipay...
We are all competing right? We should use our advantages to the fullest.
Ang ilaha lang advantage kay maayo sila mumingle sa amo.
If you think you are better than them, don't complain...just prove it.
One thing to help you avoid corrupt office politics is by being a visible presence of hardwork.
Example. Ga-mop gani ka sa floor i-exag sad na inyong hawak gamay mu-igwad with sparkling sweat effect.

maski asa ka adto naa man jud na.
if you want to get promoted, better play the game.
rare ra ang company nga walay pa sipsipay.

kung di matulon, then just wait for the next pay increase, or find a way nga ikaw ang mahimong amo.

how do you differentiate proactive employees sa mga sipsip?

remember the three kinds of people?
    1. those who make things happen. - these kind of people are seen as sipsip by the people below.
    2. those who watch things happen. - these kind of people are those who watch the sipsip people above.
    3. those who wonder what happened. - these people just dont give a damn. jam-jam ra sa workplace.

best way is to ignore these and do your job nalang. wa tay mahems ana, kay kung muapil pd ka pa sipsip2, ma misinterpret sa boss nimu nga annoying ra kaau ka sa iyang panan-aw musamot ka ug masabotahe sa imong trabaho..

pasagdi ng mga sipsip TS, ayaw cge balhin company uy...akoa nalang if dli man gani ko ma promote, sa annual appraisal(meaning padako sweldo) nalang ko mamawi thru kugi...ana nalang...

ayaw paapekto ana TS, naa nman jd na...ang pag deal ra jd imoha ana...
