it's time to forgive but best not to forget.. well the marcoses should have been punished but wala man. if you still remembered those days.. their reign in our country.

No point of talking about the merits of all those cases, sa maka pabor lang.

while many petty criminals languised in jail let's mention some issues done by some of our countrymen and gov't officials:
Marcos Era: Accused of almost all the crimes in the revised penal code but instead
Billions of pesos were returned back to the Marcoses not to mention some major real estate properties.

CORY Era: Many persons were killed during the coup de etat staged by right wing elements.
Were they punished? Instead Cory embraced them back while those who lost their loved ones and their bread winners cried for justice. NOw PNOY is doing the same.
Mama even returned without question properties and corporations to her new cronies and relatives.

FVR Era: PEA AMARI Scandal never touched base

ERAP Plunder Case: Pardoned

PGMA Scandals never made it to the courts.
