^^ dili sad inana ka-cute ang salary ui. hahaha.. yep, shifting is 7a-3p, 3p-11p, 11p-7a, 5 days a week and actually 1 hour break (not 30 min.) and it's very flexi, ikaw mag-buot when. hehe. About the incentives, that might be true not only sa speed but also accuracy (very important). hope this helps!

wew! mayta mka mata na intawn ang management nila og iupgrade na intawn ilang mga PCs.. d ka daog ilang TOOLS/softwares.. imong shift kay 8hours ra lage pero extend pud kag 2 hours kay hinay au og equipments.. tsk tsk
