What would you have me do, publish the names and addresses of the Informants here for all to see ? They would all be shot dead by the end of the day !

Furthermore this information has been discreetly provided to the office of the highest authority in Cebu, if she determines it to be bogus then there is little hope left for Daanbantayan. On the other hand I'm confident she will take action after a period of investigation.

There is another story in the press re Malu Loot hinting that she wants to pull out of the current Provincial backed Tourist Resort plan. Atty Sepulvida spokesman for Gov Gwen Garcia has warned Loot not to pull out of the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) signed way back in 2006 re Malapascua.

Why does Malu Loot want to pull out ? What is her motivation for doing so ?
There is one thing for sure, anyone who knows Malu Loot well, knows she does not do things for no reason, and the usual reason is that there is something in it for her.
Why after 4 years has the Tourist Resort not yet been built. It could have already been earning significant income for the people for nigh on 2 years now had the project been completed on schedule.

Discover the answer to the question of why, and you will have all the verification for this thread that you need. There are many other pieces of factual circumstantial evidence that supports the allegations made in the opening post of this thread. I'll dig some more of them out and post them here
eg land purchases & amalgamations on Malapascua, all authorities need to do is look at the land dealings that have taken place over the last 5 years to see who will benefit greatly from a major landholding sale to developers. Number one on the list is the Salimbangon family (Mariquitta), a close friend & associate of the Loot family. You may even find the Loots own properties. Some of the land has been acquired very cheaply after the Municipal Council grossly & unfairly increased taxes, allegedly deliberately to force people to sell.
