.. the parents arent to be blamed. Eventhough they knew the adverse reactions of their child's medication, still they are still too " innocently-ignorant and dumb" the extent of the drugs after-effects. And being the fifth time the boy climbed the tower, the people around the community should know what to do in the situation. It's all the freaking barangay official's fault. What the heck was he thinking, he thinks like he's shooting a bird. Sadly, our judicial system sucks big time. For sure no justice will be given to that poor boy.

the kid was just having fun.. If he falls by accident, then we can accept it.. But see it on video, how he was shot and fell, lisud jud dawaton..

This are the things the goverment should address.. some officials we have are not capable..they were there kay lakas sila sa ilang padrino..kay nitabang sila during election..It could a barangay official , it could be a drunken police....
