Yes I do believe on that. But.... with her doing the bawal And imposing too much restrictions on us? It's not being a good leader.

Para nako, a good leader must also be a good follower.

Ah I see, she is into some kind of business, form an alliance with your fellow workers, keep it as tight as all of you could, then make your group a threat, but as always continue doing your duties.

Bitaw, tolerable pa siguro pud siya,
then it's better to keep it that way pud, in order
to maintain good working environment with your boss.

Okay ra na as long as ang inyong work dili kaayo affected
unya okay gihapon ang performance. Pero kung DMD na gyud
then all of you will have to decide para e-recognize pud niya
nga she have to respect her subordinates also.

@ TS: ayaw cge ug Istorya ug FB during work hours... hehehe
mao na suko imo manager ninyo kay cge lang mo internet. hehehe

i only have 1 pointer in my office .... "Never give a Client or a Customer a chance to complain about your performance".
Coz if they do, either sayup ka sa imo trabaho or nag kulang ka sa imo obligasyon.
