what's irradiate? rabbies can be avoided through vaccination and education. and hey..dogs aint just the source of rabbies, it can be anything that has that virus..lol

Actually any warm blooded animal can carry rabies. Reptiles such as lizards and snakes are not susceptible because they have a different nervous system. The animals most commonly associated with rabies virus in this region are 1. Dogs 2. Cats 3. Bats...... If you ever find a live bat on the ground do not pick it up!

Mandatory pet registration and microchip implant (for identifying the owner) as well as subsidized spaying could dramatically change the situation we currently endure.

pwede ra dili dakpon ang iro then pabayaron ug multa (dako2x aron mo tagam) ang tag iya...
kung wala bayad sa multa .. seminar + community service sa dog pound
ok ra tingali ang 1k nga pero dili pud unta yearly... atleast 2 -4 years lang pud unta

Bro about sa number 2, i think adto lang ka sa dogpound sa government, free raman ang vaccination, ako mga pet ako raman dad-on didto and free ra, den hatagan pa siya murag dogtag ang dog para makita didto na vaccine na siya.

naa ra gyud na sa owners kung ila ipa vaccinate ila dogs, naay free maglisud pagyud adto grabe nasad ka tapulan, ang subdivision sad sa ako parents ni request man sa government agency ana vacination para mag held sa amo subdivision without any fee. didto na daghan gyud na vacinate pero naa sad uban wala kay mao lagi tapulan ang mga owners.

this is my idea.
1. owners who do not have a fenced house should not be allowed to own a dog.
2. every year dog owner will pay 1000 Php. to Barangay for services like vaccination, tagging and registration renewal. this should ensure that all dogs are well taken cared.
3. owners should not own to many dogs, if your a breeder you exempted but you must comply with all requirements.
4. not following the rules will be fined bit time.

This is just my frustration on how to control stray dogs that could be a danger to your loved ones.

mas maau jud nga every dog or pet owners must vaccinate their pets.... naa may mga free vaccination sa mga schools that offers vet courses... One i heard is SWU Basak Campus...
