it depends on how he is used by the team and develop by his coaches. ever heard of Samigue Eman what about Sonny Thoss or even Olsen Racela

all drafted rookies are literally "HINOG" for the PBA thats why they ended up getting drafted in the first place. but whether they stay on and become superstars depends on how they develop and mature as a player. add opportunities and luck to the equation.

Slaughter is the nuisance... Project player c Fajardo? wala kakuha cla ildefonso (2-time MVP), Pena, Pnissi pag duwa ani nila sa Cebu, nang graduate c pena og penssi LOLz Fajardo is more seasoned than Ballesteros and Slaughter even Japeth who is not consistent..

will end next year are u sure? how sure are u? who told you?

lol pls do your research. Gilas is a 3-year program. 2009-2011 aimed at winning the 2011 Asian Olympic qualifiers. if they win, then the program will extend for 1 more year to play in the 2012 olympics. most of the player's contracts are up to 2011 only. renewable for 1 more year if they qualify. Toroman himself said Slaughter and Fajardo are project players so is Aguilar, Ballesteros, Sison and Al Hussaini. DO YOUR RESEARCH before you say anything

my exact point. no matter how "hinog" a player is, it all depends on how he develops and matures. there are multiple factors. pls read and understand my posts clearly.

of course. he's the coach. he runs the program and recuited these players. he knows more basketball and any of us here will ever do in our lifetime. duh dont tell me you are better than him lol

those younger guys you are talking about are part of another program sponsored by Nokia. U16 and U18 coached by Eric Altamirano. in fact the team has now been disbanded after the U18 FIBA Asian Championships.

its up to the SBP on how they will continue the Gilas program. will prob depend on the result next year. and if Toroman will stay or not or if they will get a new foreign coach. for now its all up in the air. prob only Noli Eala is thinking about it since he's the one running the SBP. the rest are focused on the task on winning the FIBA Asia next year. Im not being suito. pataka raman gud mo sulti. and i hate it if people would be getting the wrong information just because they read in the forums. research usa unya na patakag yawyaw lol

Anyway, this is way too OT. Back to Junmar. Im a big fan of that big guy. but i do hope he goes into a good team who will not waste his talent and potential.
