mas mudako ang sa cebu kung mahuman na tong north and south wing ba tua nga ilang giplano. bacolod's could be the third largest.

where did you got that info pls? i think will open it on this coming 16 of December said from the Bacolod local online news. supposed to be will open that on this October but because some typhoon are on delayed construction.
