Maybe con namoy bad deals sa mga shops sa malls tawagi dayon ang managment sa mall(SM or Ayala) for the bad deals of service sa said shops. ayaw nalang gaisano or white gold kay wala dyud me pagasa. P.S. the only very good experience in after sales is from SM applaince or Ace hardware. replace dayon sila basta na stocks, if not huwat days abot dayon tawagon paka.

    Katong pagpalit na ko sa akong monitor, okay ra man. Ako gipailisan kay naay dead pixel. They made thorough check sa monitor and confirmed it. Paghuman giilisan ra man pod, ala man daghan storya.

    DTI is your friend.. basta naa resibo,,,, for sure mahadlok jd na cla. ilisdan ka ug bag.o ana! i.report na sa DTI bai.... magkaboang lagi na ilang management... tried with DTI b4.... hmmm

    Bitaw basta under warranty labi na direct replacement insist replacement or better ask for refund then contact directly sa manager its your rights as consumer. contact DTI then isumbong sila I'm sure di na sila mo gamble sa ilang business tungod anang usa ka item imo gi buy sa ilaha. They will probably loose millions or billions if they will...

    ang manager lang storyahe. Kay wala ta kibaw ing-ana na diay ilang policy nga dili sila mo replace instantly kung naay defective. Basta mga computer shop ila paman gud na ipa send back sa ilang supplier para ma determine kung 99% defective gyud. However, ma dugay lage. Labing dugay 1 or 2 months... faet!
