Feeling nako naka-move on nako. Kay dili naman kaayo ko sige huna-huna niya. But everytime I see her, murag mobalik ang sakit. Am I still in love or.. pain nalang tingali ang nahibilin. I'm confused.

Does anyone here experience the same thing?

Lahi man gud imong expectation kaysa nahitabo.
Unmet expectations causes pain.

but if you accept the fact that you already lost her.
And if you change your expectations.
Or at least lower them, then the pain will die down.

i've experienced the same thing brod. what i did is that i diverted my attention to other things. since college pako ato, i focused on my studies and college barkadas...na amazed nalng ko ato kay the pain just flew way unexpectedly pagmata nako one morning..almost 2 yrs pod to nako gidala-dala brod..were miles apart though but the idea is still the same..

yaw lang palabi ug padala ana brod..matigulang ka ana ug sayo.have a life..
