yeah no harm in trying diba? its actually really hard kay ma tempted man gyud ka. if you wanna try the juicing best not go out during that time aron dili ka ma tempted to eatkung ma hungry ka just eat raw veggies. but akong mga friends kay wala man daw sila gi gutom...mu inom lang gyud silag juice pirmi. they bring a whole liter to work! hahaha
balance diet and exercise.. it works hand in hand.

I agree... eat foods that is balanced in carbs protein and less fat, eat 5 times a day 3 full meal and 2 mini meals.. if you starve yourself, you trigger your body's mechanism to store fat since your body is in starvation mode which means it will store as much fat as it can. Exercise, the key is to move, you can take the stairs, or walk instead of riding a jeepney if your destination is just near.
