    niagi sab ko ani peo slight lang ang akoa outlet is akoa ra jud bana. swerte lang sab ky maminaw xa and mocomfort jud nko. pirmi sab mi maglaag ig wala xay work, plus hands on pa jud kaau xa sa baby mao siguro gaan ra kaau na PPD akoa naagian.

    @sammedriano; sometimes, no matter how we prepare ourselves, there will com a point that we are still tossed out of balance.
    @havaianatic01; basin baby blues rato imo sis. It's good nga supportive kaayo imo bana, it's very important gyud.

    I agree! That is why I read and read a lot now, at least I may toss out of balance -yet that will come rarely. If I know nothing at all about these stuffs, I will get tossed out all the time.

    OnT: Any more tips if ang guy ang magka PPD?

    @sammedriano; hahaha ok2x... would like to clarify that PPD only happens to women who just gave birth. PosPartum means after pregnancy.
