So if you have stayed in the company for let say 3 years, how much do you think is the expected salasy then? Do you think it is somewhere 25K? How come I'ved heard that call center can earn up to 35K?

ang advantage ninyo sa mga taga call center maski small inyo starting, in the long run mo dako jud inyo sweldo nya pde pa larga gawas. Kami diri its either go up para mosaka jud ang sweldo, were stuck in the call center industry(unless willing mo naog ang sweldo), nya usually back to zero kung mo balhin ug field, nya di ka gawas hehehe

Sure... our company is looking for web (PHP) and software developers (Unix and Windows). We're also looking for technical support. Mas hayahay ang mga new applicants karon kay mas higher ang starting tungod sa fresh capital infusion (see http://news.inq7.net/infotech/index....story_id=79374 and http://news.inq7.net/infotech/index....story_id=78922). Based on your previous discussion in this forum, your starting pay would be categorized as "large" relative to Cebu.

Although it won't be as large as the starting pay in Manila and in abroad, you'll make much more in the long term because of stock options. BTW, unsa skills nimo bai?

Our first product is SolidDNS, a very secure DNS server appliance with IPv6 support. Its underlying OS is a hardened fork of BSD Unix, called SolidBSD. Various security features have been added to it. Its GUI interface is through Web and MMC Snap-in.

Our other products are currently under development. We've recently won a contract for a major telco against CISCO; soon, all their data will pass through our SolidGate box. If you wish to learn more about SolidGate, then come work with us.

If you have kernel-level skills and have an intimate knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, you might want to apply as a Unix dev. If you're a Microsoft dude, Visual C++ is for you. If web development is your thing, then we need you as a PHP dev. It's very exciting, really. =)

Don't worry if the requirements are intimidating; we have in-house training and the company pays for you if you wish to take certifications such as GSEC, Security+, and Zend. Everytime you pass a certification, you instantly get a salary increase.

And oh, we have free dinner every Wednesday and Friday (yummy lechon)... =)
