    overweight kaau ko and when I started jogging, mag sakit gyud akong tiil after 20 to 30mins. then I started experimenting kung unsay proper way pag pa hiluna sa akong tiil aron dili mag sakit. I realized nga forefoot akong gamit ug mag jog ko. so i tried heel strike, then dugay2x na mo sakit akong tiil. then I tried midfoot kay kita ko sa youtube nga midfoot gamiton then dili na gyud mag sakit akong tiil.

    tingali sad dili na sya mag sakit kay naanad na. hehehe... pero mao lang na akong ma pa ambit. hangtod karon overweight lang gihapon ko pero dili na gyud pareho 6months ago.

    I try the ChiRunning technique this morning jog for 30mins nice akong performance ok ang feet and legs less stress and the momentum was impressive on my part. Thanks again sa nagshare sa link.

    Starting to learn Chi running, still getting shin splints..
    At first cge lng jud ta bantay sa ato form while running making sure na ni.abide sa chi running.

    kinsay naay link anang ChiRunning? murag interesting lagi nah. I just recently started to jog pero mga 15 min. rman akng makaya. Feel nko useless ghapon kay gamay ra kaau na burn nga calories.

    always run or jog at your own pace. ayaw pag agad sa pace sa uban. kanang pace nga comfortable ka.unless if nagplano ka mga mag marathon.
