    when you wake up, breakfast, ig a bot sa office, snacks, sip2x lang before lunch, then lunch, snacks...and so on and so forth. it takes practice.. madugay you wont really need to schedule when ka mu inom tubig.. it will become a habbit.

    nganong di man daw pwede mu inum in between meals? uroy ug matuk-an ka? muhuwat gyud ka nga later na kay maoy dapat e-inum sa tubig.. mao ra man cguroy kamatyan...

    I drink about 3-4 liters of water everyday. COLD water to be exact. The more you drink water the less water stays in your body.. It is recommended that you drink atleast 2200mL of water everyday since we naturally lose 2200mL of water depending on body size
