hahaha!!! Well, kung hunahunaon pud ni PNoy... Pabling is well respected. Ok ra siya ma deputy speaker. wasn't he a deputy speaker last congress? then kung paboran niya mga garcias, PNoy gets the support of 2 congressmen and the governor of cebu. I think. Its a numbers game!
