    IHMO
    4-1 good for high rev(RPM)
4-2-1 good for low to mid rev(RPM)

murag ang stock is 4-2-1 man guro pero restricted lang ang power... compared to custom 4-2-1 though paki confirm lang..... hehehe...

so if you want to go race2x... 4-1 ka kay redline2 naman na ang race2 kasagaran pero for daily drving ka i would prefer na mag 4-2-1 ka kay dali ra accelaration niya... then tipid sad gasoline kay gamay ra tapak mo arangkada na...

willing to accept criticism here... hehehe...

To clear impounding area: City sets auction of rotting vehicles

CEBU, Philippines - Close to 400 assorted motor vehicles that are rotting at the impounding area of the City Traffic and Management (CITOM) will be sold at an auction after the Cebu City Council approved such in their session yesterday.
A total of 385 vehicles, which have not been claimed by its owners for several years now, will be put under the gavel through a public auction.
The council agreed to authorize the CITOM and the City Hall’s General Services Office (GSO) to auction off the 184 motorcycles and 201 assorted four-wheeled vehicles.
Most of these vehicles that are held at the city’s impounding area at the North Reclamation Area (NRA) are no longer in running condition and the whole lot has been appraised to cost about P2.5 million.
Among the reasons why these vehicles haven’t been claimed is that the owners can no longer afford the penalties that have been slapped including the impounding fees.

Owners of impounded motorcycles need to pay P100 for each day that the vehicle is in the impounding area while for cars, the fee is P300 and P500 for sports utility vehicles and cargo trucks.
CITOM has already notified the owners of the vehicles about the auction via a newspaper advertisement urging them to redeem such in one month.
Supposedly, a written notice of auction shall be sent to the last registered owner by registered mail, but CITOM had lost the names and addresses of the drivers or owners of the vehicles that has been under their custody for years.
The vehicle owners were given 30 days from its publication to claim their vehicles upon of proof of ownership and to settle their obligations with the traffic violations bureau.
Some of the vehicles impounded by CITOM have huge accumulated fines ranging from P100,000 to P200,000 because its owners failed to settle their traffic violations for the past years.
Government audit procedures allow impounded properties, including vehicles, to be disposed through public auction if the owners failed to recover them for a period of six months, instead of allowing them to deteriorate and become useless.
Ernesto Morales of CITOM said that these vehicles were unclaimed either because the owners could not afford the penalty or they could not present the registration documents.
Among those that are set for auction as Mandaue City-bound passenger jeepneys that were apprehended by the traffic enforcers for operating within the city streets in violation of City Ordinance 2072, which prohibits PUJs from outside Cebu City to ply the city roads.
Other vehicles in the lot were impounded for violating City Ordinance No. 801, the Traffic Code of Cebu City.
City Hall wants to clear the impounding area of vehicles so it can be used for some other purposes.
The Commission on Audit, in its annual audit report, advised the city officials to dispose of the vehicles, including those impounded for traffic-related violations.
The auction will not however cover those vehicles that are still subject of court cases.
Among the vehicles impounded by the CITOM is a owned by former Assemblyman Valentino Legaspi that was impounded for illegal parking.
Legaspi decided not to redeem his vehicle, but instead questioned the validity of the city’s clamping ordinance and the case is still pending before the Supreme Court.
