i think, mas priority ang railway bai.

mas makaminos man gud sa traffic sa siyudad sa sugbo.

for me even if naay railway without alternative routes padulong anywhere, traffic ra gihapon labi na inig construct ana kay it would probably take 5 years or more mahuman. Mau kung unahon ang alternative roads for decongesting present traffic problems specialy katong mga dalan na agian sa mga public utility vehicles. Mas cheaper pa kay nasugdan naman but wala lang gyud tiwasa. Just my two cents.......

I dont think it is 20%. It's more than that. Im QUITE sure mga 45% goes to the pocket of the Politicians. Look at their houses, cars, lifestyle etc.

Wala pa na diha ang mga contractors, engineers ug mga in-charge sa project. Suma total, 80% goes to the pocket of corrupt people from our government and sa in-charge sa project. Look at our roads and canals. Very poor ang pagka construct ana because 20% ra ang gi spent. Mao nga mga gubaon.
