    All I can say is think before you say...If you have evidence and proofs, let the court do that for you.You are just wasting your time posting here..Think about your future and family, there are most important things you need to do rather that keep exchanging words.Practically,this is not profitable and you're just ruining your life..Don't you see, all of you are Filipinos who are fighting because of that company.Are you not tired of this stupid things Why not gather all your evidence and let the court decide for everything.

    so right barbie!actually we are working on it girl!and i'm not really fighting any1 here...it's walee who started it and im just saying my piece of wat i had experience with da company wen i worked there!i have all the evidences that i needed,MYSELF!I GOT ID FROM THE COMPANY WHICH IS A PROOF THAT I WORKED THERE...THAT IS AN EVIDENCE SAYS MY LAWYER!OKAY...

    So what's the name of the company now?
    I've never work with that company but i know someone who worked in Crespo before and he told about their prostitute neighbor who is currently working in that said company.
    So they are helping those sluts to have a descent job...right?
    And a friend told me who's working in trustline blah..blah...
    That the owners and higher management especially Max Allire is bringing her prostitute girlfriend inside the working place.
    Are they really helping kids or they are supporting prostitutes? And the fact that they are using the Filipino kids to ask donations from UK people..Do they have conscience?

    I'll talk simple. It's TRUSTLINE INTERACTIVE. And walee, we know who you are and you know what, you sound so DEFENSIVE. You're one of the officers. If you are hiring "Underqualified's" why hire them in the 1st place? Is it because that company you're at doesn't have the standards fit to operate a call center? The issues are way too obvious. You should realize that you are hiring people smart enough to smell your hidden agenda. Thank you for giving us our salaries anyway. But we deserve more! You uttered your reason why we have no SSS and TIN yet; that is because the company just started and that you've changed the company's name. How much more now, YOU'VE CHANGED NAME AGAIN!! It's not just our benefits that we're after, but the security we deserve as employees! The security of not being a serious part of a company which is operating without even business permit yet in the first place! I'm posting here to give my emotional support to those agents whom the company have caused frustrations to. And to that Max Allire? What's really your point of wasting your time during kick offs saying the same thing over and over?? You know how we felt about it, we're damn pressured WHEN WE'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO! We're smart. We know what to do. I'm sorry but you're managing your people the wrong way! And to that Scott Smith? You said, "it's not our job to make the sale. it's your job. we're only here to confirm." We'll let me tell you this...
    You know why other call centers are growing successfully? It's because their leaders have been agents themselves! They know each and every detail of the agents' job. CONFIRMATION? Wasn't even just so very easy to do that we agents can do that ourselves! Can you just imagine our time and effort on a call for example having a potential contributor said yes already with clean deal, and when it comes to your confirmation they change their minds??!! Don't you bosses think you should get a replacement? A GOOD ONE. AS GOOD AS YOUR AGENTS!! Put your damn selves on your agents' shoes so you'll know where you've gone wrong. JUST BECAUSE YOU ARE OUR BOSSES DOESN'T MEAN YOU'RE RIGHT ALL THE TIME!
    And, I may have not voiced all of these out to you all personally but AT LEAST, i've done it hear. And I sure am not wasting my time because you will all see this anyway.
