ako sa balay ko mag work out kay kapuyan nko muadto sa gyym, naa ko weights lang...then himo lang adjustments sa ako program...but every day ako sit ups and side bends (pawala sa love handles bah)...hehehe...but if naa koy duwa basket on that day, dili ko mag workout...![]()
pag rest jud! ok ra ang workout every other day para makarest imo lawas!
Kung adlaw adlawon nimo pul.an jud ka daun.
Kung paniwang ka, cardio jud imo tirahon. Para sa ako di sko mag concentrate sa weights ana.
Anha nko mag weights if sakto na ako lawas..
completed day 1.
5min warm up n 4min cool down n light weights chest n triceps. nagread pud ko nindot ang weights paniwang kay mo.pas2x ang metabolism. basta light lang ang weights.
tom plan kay abs n 20 min HIIT.
try nako follow ang program.
Kng bago paka balik or beginner try doing light lifting sa. Usual routine basta balik ka:
Mon = Chest/Tri
Tues = Back/biceps
Wed = Legs/Shoulders
THen 2 days rest
Major muscle kay 2-3 sets, then minor 1-2 with 8-12 reps. Make sure lng jd bay sufficient imong protein unless kng genetically gifted ka na misan buwad kaunon mudako ghapon.
nindot na kapoy. hurot na ako hangin ig cardio nako after abs or light weigts..
