    yes basta di ka mag sigeg la-ag, inom, ismokoy, bilar s'more bisan graveyard na mo gimik pa gyud. make sure you have enough rest, exercise and vitamins whether from veggies, fruits or multivitamins.

    Haskang paeta.. may kay naka survive kag nightshift sa imung kahimtang.

    6-7 hours ra gyud d ay dapat ang tulog according sa link... wa man pud nag-ingon whether day or night ba ang sleep basta sleep..

    sa una ra man lisod, naa sa adjustment period. Ig dugay, ok naman. Mura lag gibalhi nimo ang night and day. Basta have enough sleep (about 6-7 hours would be enough), healthy diet (less junk and fast food), regular vitamin intake and exercise during your days off maski 30 minutes to an hour lang.
