    bhala na unsa ka busy mas importante gyud ang kaon.....kay kung magka sakit nka dli na gyud noun ka mka trabaho.......nya refrain ug mga instant foods or kanang mga fastfoods.....more on fruit and vegetables ka nya moderate lang ang meat.....in short, balance diet......
