I saw this light, underwater, it was really a wonderful sight but then it's underwater miles from land. We dont have submarines in the Philippine Navy, right??

some us subs enter phil territory without us knowing it. it might be one of those. not sure though. just basing from a fisherman's experience there in cebu when he saw a sub that reportedly passed his banca at the open sea. basin pagasolina or naay giayo. basta mao man daw iya nakita, naa pa gyud kuno suga.

but who knows. our oceans are as undiscovered as the space above us.

.. it's not a fish or school of fish. it's not ball lightning either. ok, to further describe it. the glow is under water, circular, it's about 2 meters in diameter, it's stationary. it's really weird.

yep, but most likely it will be the MIB... hehehe, most people dont know that the movie "Men In Black" is actually based on eyewitness accounts... they are even supposed to have "silent" black helicopters... Once again, Hollywood manages to turn these mysteries into absurd comedy....
