hmmmmm... Call centers requires good english speaking applicants however, it really depends...
Naa man pud call center na more on values of applicants rather than skills, but most of call centers are very particular of skills (technical and conversation skills).... What I like most is when I applied at Teletech... wala jud dghan liko and char2x ang interview, straight to the point, and your answers should be brief but concise... they are more on practical scenario (tech) and conversational english and skills(csr)... exams nila, okay lang but required ug basic computer technical knowledge... When you're on training, you'll learn a lot... It is more like, you received a package: good pay+good work environment+gain advance knowledge+fun= contentment and happiness
