dependi if naa ka sakit di dyud na maayo kay maka gain ka weight leading to high blood
pero wala kay sakit daan .. ok ra na pero di permihon ... labing maayo kay fresh milk na lang.
i drink soya halos everyday katong graveyard shift ko ....ehehe lahi effecto kay nice man ako feeling og health ato dah... hehe karon pako nga kuyaw ang soya labi na palabian..hehe try to balance lang jud sis..sakto jud ng, too much is bad jud...labi na sa imo health.... ^^
