Did some more tinkering tonight on the bios and I just notice that this board has the "Fine CPU Clock Ratio" feature. I'm embarrass and I can't believe I didn't notice it the last time and also felt a bit cheated by Gigabyte that my more expensive GA EP45 Extreme did not have this. No time to waste I Quickly added 0.5 under the option and now I have a maximum of 12.5 cpu multiplier. This enables me to lower the fsb 3 notches down (good thing bec my ram is not cooperating near the 1066 mhz speed in this board) and still able run higher clock at full 3.2 mhz. Although final memory speed has been reduced from 1028mhz - 1024 mhz but still I was able to run the memory above 1000 mhz mark and at my preferred 1:2 FSB to Dram ratio. Reached my goal of 3.2 ghz and I'm a happy camper now. Just finished re benching all the games and will update first page tomorrow. Time for bed now.
Spoiler!

very nice research and experiment sir! makatabang jud ni sa mga "help" posts.
food for thought: could we possibly get away with crimping on the the power supply and throwing the extra 2k on an 5770? i know, i know. banned word ang "generic psu" diri nga corner. hehe. but before you guys bring out the pitchforks maybe we should consider nga ang peak power draw siguro ani nga system, even with the mild proc OC + 5770, will be around 250w lang. opinions? (definitely out of the question ang 4870 og 4890 bisan maabot pa siguro sa budget kay tungod sa power draw nila.)
Even if 250W lang ang draw, we still need a true rated PSU to deliver power. Di man kinahanglan og 500W+ and above nga true rated PSU. Pero wala namay gabaligyag true rated PSU nga 300W with the latest specs + PCIe connector.
So at this budget range, wise choice ang Gigabyte Superb, Coolermaster EPP, HEC, Thermaltake Litepower, etc -- og kani average price karon is 2k...
