    i dont know why there are people who find this thread as improper. i mean, seriously, this thread could help lots of people, specially those who are confused. also a great info for all of us employees.

    For me, kani na thread mahulog na mahimong 'my company is better than company job cuz it pays more' na kind. Dont get me wrong. Useful ni na thread for those mangapply pa kay maka choose cla asa ilang gus2 based on salary. Just my 2 cents...

    this is a great thread, seriously. a lot of employees will find this useful coz the first thing we have in mind when we consider a company is the compensation...people are willing to work hard if they feel the compensation is great.

    i agree this thread will help people choose which call center they want to be, all call centers are tiring why not go for the highest pay....

    all callcenters have there bad side, basically, mas better if extensive ang hmo support, rather than getting the highest salary there is. high salary plus high stress = health issues.

    iam from 724care..ok rman sweldo dri di kau dako but mabawi ra sa commission..mga 12k way labot sa commision apil ang commision is around 14-16K jud..depende pila ka dako o kagamay imo commision

    u got that right...there is a reason why a company pays higher...mas stressful ang job...super...but it will really depend on how much money an employee needs...and how much of their lives they are willing to gamble...
