use warm water if naa, para ma relax imu muscles..
lately i rest for a few mins before hitting the showers, i also use warm water... mapasmo ka or pamaulan ka if you use cold water. tried it once grabe hapit ko na collapse....
cold or warm water... doesnt affect your muscles...
