here's one i managed to unearth:

We (6 of us including my 3yr old daughter) ate at Chikka-an SM City Cebu (Northwing) today 12PM and ordered some foods including a chicken relleno. My daughter, who had just had a bout with amoebiasis, also ate the said relleno. Everyone had finished eating except me. As I was separating the raisins from the chicken relleno, I noticed that there is a ootheca (itlog sa ok-ok). I talked to the manager and he only told me to contact him when somebody will go ill in our "group". Wow! Nice customer service. I even paid for the chicken relleno with ok-ok's egg. Fortunately, i took a picture of the food with the ok-ok egg and also had a letter that thwy acknowledge having that thing in our food.

Sa akong case kay sa Food Avenue sa Metro Colon, ilang Mountain Dew naa'y langaw. Gi-ilisan ra nuon nila, pero mao lage, half empty na ang baso. LOL
