kaluoy pd sa tindera.. ang ila man system ana.. pataka lang ug baligya without even checking the product.. it is suppose to be under the law that any defects can fix/replaced within a year is to be considered... sayop man na ang 1 week warranty.

bsta brand new... warranty is applied.. unless tingali second hand..

Junrex? poor customer service.. naay mangingilad nga sales lady diha sa SM branch. (wala ko ni generalize kay kasabot ko nanginabuhi pud na sila) pero gibaligyaan ko ug DEMO phone. brand new ako gipangayo, hatagan jud ko ug DEMO phone. kanang naay simcard sa talk and text unya naay mga messages sa mga uyab sa sales lady. as far as i know, Junrex ug Audionet (worst gyud nga customer service) ang naay modus operandi ani. ang mga tindera gamiton ang mga cellphone using their personal sim card. then mao ihatag sa ilang buyer. you guys should be careful, and ALWAYS ASK FOR A SEALED PHONE BOX. dapat mu insist ka nga brand new gyud ang cellphone. ayaw mo padala anang excuse sa mga tinderang batig nawng nga inablihan gyud daan ang mga cellphone. kung mangita ka ug supervisor/manager, ingnon lang ka nga wala. so mosugot mo nga inyong paliton kay inablihan ug ginamit na? mahulog rana ug second hand inyo gi palit at a brand new price tag. so be careful. as a customer, we have all the right to demand a brand new stock, not a demo phone. if you feel like you have no other option, go to aerophone or any other shops instead.
