I read about Tsiboom here on Yummy Cebu and decided to check it out.We were a group of people so we had Kinilaw, Chicken Pandan, Backed Scallops, Pork BBQ and of course the unlimited rice.So here is the verdict the food was good, it was fresh and tasty and the rice was nice and hot. The order took forever we had to wait a life time to get served and they did apologies but still the lunch break was wasted and we got in trouble with the boss. a few days ago we heard a story from a yummy-cebu.com critic who told us that he had lunch with friends at a yummy place in Cebu.
