1) Why you guys are using the outgoing smtpdsl4.pldtdsl.net? naa diay n u emain address account naka reside sa ila server?
2) Diba mangayo mana ug authentication ang ilang smtp server once mo gamit ta ana?
3) why dont you use you own smtp server?
4) what's the problem why mo-gamit man ko sa ila smtp server, unsay point?

ako na na solve ang SPAM issue sa among mail server, og spambot infection sa 1 pc, og firewall rules and ako na sad na request og mga delisting manual jud pero wala jud nako ma delist tanan. naa man daw problem sa reverse dns and wala sad nako ma solve using free domain services. Naa mi paid domains pero wala koy access - wala pa sad ko kasulod og in ana.

Naa ko solution sa "ERROR: 554 RTR:" (as what I have called it) ninyo na issue about sa inyong outgoing smtp Ext IP Address brad,

1. You will have to request a Reverse DNS Entry sa n u tanan External IP Addresses nga gigamit sa n u Email Server adto sa n u ISP brad (since, wala man mo inhouse DNS Server). Mo-sugot na sila, just make a formal request lang sa n u ISP Account Manager.
2. Once done, they will inform you and you should wait for about 24 hours to make the entry completely propagated. After 24hrs, Make a test if it's totally propagated by supplying this command,
   
   • C:\> nslookup
   • C:\> [COLOR="Gray"]<type your outgoing smtp Domain Name here> - it should be matched what your entry was?
   • or the other way around...
   • C:\> ping <type the External IP address of the proposed outgoing SMTP Server> - NOTE #1: The Server should be reachable, NOTE #2: The reply must be on the FQDN format not IP address
   • or another and last alternative way...
   • use this external party, http://network-tools.com or DNSstuff, or others you may think convenient for you...
3. Once your External IP Address used has been blacklisted by one of your Recipient's Email Server, you may go and request for an "UNBLOCKING" in a formal way so they would think that you are serious about it.
4. as what i have believed most of the Companies are enabling their Realtime Blacklist (RBL) and relaying on to DNS-Blackhole List (DNSBL) third party such as SPAMCOP, SORBNETS, etc. - I believe this would take 1 - 2 days processes or depend before your IP will be unblocked.

mga bai! istorya ta ani beh NAGA SEND MAN GUD KO UG bulk email using (SENDBLASTER as my bulk email software) gamit nako SMTP: smtpdsl4.pldtdsl.net port 587 ok kaayo ni sya before........ ang problema nako karon.. kay maka send pa man ko using (SMTP: smtpdsl4.pldtdsl.net port 587) peru gamay nalang kaayo ma send 40 emails nalang...

murag dili pud ni problema sa akong IP kay dynamic man akong IP meaning mausab-usab akong IP dili ma block.

gamiton lng jd pang testing sa php/apache mo send og email.

working man gud ni sya sauna pero karon i tested to send email sa akong yahoo og gmail, wala jd ko madawat.

di man bro. ang domain name sa imong no-ip igo raman na mag represent sa imong IP sa imong balay if static, if dynamic, mag update lang sa dns records.

kanang mahibaw an ang user og password, depende na na sa pag implement sa imong remote2x how secure imong pag gamit.

ako gibuhat nalang sa sendmail configuration kay gigamit nako ang smtp.gmail.com nya with authentication na.

so far so good. wala man pud kaso if akong sender name ang mo appear pirmi. Testing purpose raman sad.
