as for the question why too much love is bad. Well, look at it this way...
if you love a person too much, you tend to loose sight of yourself, which results in you being martyr. How many girls out there have cried while saying "i can't take the hurt that i feel because of what he is doing, but i can't let him go coz i love him". Diri plang sa relationship section daan, kadaghan na nimo mabasahan nga statement.
if you love yourself to much naman, you tend to become selfish and don't try to consider other people's feelings. Which results in the other person feeling left out, alone, and hurt.
That is why it is important that each and everyone of us seek balance in our life, not just in love and relationships, but in life as a whole. By having balance, we find harmony in our life.
