I don't have a "menu" as u might not like my type of food. However I do have tips
I've stopped counting calories...it's a waste of time. Obviously eating excessively high amounts of fat all the time will contribute to ur weight gain or slow u down from reaching ur weight goal.
I believe that there is no such thing as bad food, just bad habits. Meal portions is a good thing to look out for and knowing what food goes good with what in order for u to enjoy ur food and feel more satisfied hence not over-eating.
U can't go wrong with "free food" and by that I mean fruit n veg. It's a good idea to always incorporate "free foods" in ur meals as they provide u with the nutrition ur body needs, they're high in fibre and are naturally low in fat (or contain "good fats"). Good fats also come in eggs and it's ok to have one everyday. U'll feel fuller for longer and have sustained energy which is great for when u want to exercise - another good habit to get into.
If ur finding urself eating more straight after ur meals, then it's pbbly a result of being bored with ur food. U should try different ingredients or combinations that u've never tried before.
Might I add that there's also something really satisfying about making ur own food as opposed to eating out. I made a baked strawberry cheesecake which I can eat without feeling guilty. If ur anything like me, ur day isn't complete without dessert (^_^). But having that confidence from knowing what's in my food gives me that overall feeling of satiety, not fullness...and my body thanks me for that
Anways, I could go on, but I really should be getting on with my homework.
