I agree, its the City's property. Guardo should be charge of destruction of public property in removing those boards. He has no rights to do it. He should continue to put his name on the coffins his donating instead..he should probably include the tombstones to those who already departed " REST IN PEACE" - By Atan Guardo...

I think the boards were privately funded. Unlike the city hall, I think Lahug are using privately own funds for the boards, while city hall are using taxpayer money.

IMHO, garapalan naman sab cguro ni. arrogance naman sab ni...why BOPK people are running after them in implementing their sports program when there are many areas in the city that do not have basketball boards?
